NEW COURSES FOR HALF TERM ANNOUNCED
God Save The Queen Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd June
Join us in Central London for 2 incredible days of Photography on the weekend of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Saturday 2nd Learn the Reportage skills needed to document this Historic weekend. Starting in the flag draped Mall and visiting the key Central sites - including Buckingham Palace and Whitehall.
Sunday 3rd The Diamond Jubilee River Pageant. We will base ourselves in Battersea Park – photographing the 50’s Vintage Car boot sale and colourful crowds and then finding positions on the river bank for the Pageant as it passes in the afternoon.
Age 12 – 16 Course Cost £120.
Includes a set of 20 Postcards with your 10 best images. (2 of each) Does not include travel costs. Maximum 16 students.
East End Graffiti Tuesday 5th June 9.30-4pm
Street Art A day spent roaming the vibrant streets of East London looking for new works and finding some classics. Hoxton, Spitalfields and Brick Lane.
Age 11 – 16 Course Cost £50.
Includes a set of 10 Postcards with your 5 best images from the day. (2 of each) Does not include travel costs. Maximum 16 students.
Brighton Rocks Thursdayth 7th June 10am – late
Brighton Pavilion -The Lanes - Street art - Choccywoccydoodah - Brighton Pier. A day in the life of the coolest Seaside town in Britain. This course celebrates the work of Magnum photographer and observer of the British seaside - Martin Parr. We will look at his images and explore his techniques of saturated colour Reportage photography. And then eat some chocolate.
Age 11 – 16 Course Cost £65
Includes a set of 10 Postcards with your 5 best images. (2 of each) Does not include travel costs. Maximum 16 students. Course departs from Hampton Wick Station at 9.30am – returning between 7 & 8pm (to confirm)
Langdon Park Summer 2012 Starting Friday 27th April
We still have a few spaces for keen young photographers to join our Friday evening course at Langdon Park in Teddington. Combining theory and practical sessions and learning the basics of Camera handling, Composition and File management. This term we will be out as much as in – using our skills to photograph the local area in the long summer evenings . We will also introduce Sports photography – tying in with the London Olympics.
Age 10-16 Term costs are £120. The Club meets 4.30-6.30 on alternate Fridays.Use of Click DSLR Cameras is included during sessions

Click Photography’s First ever course for Adults
Focus Lock – Rule of Thirds – Aperture and Shutter Priority. Close up photography. Photographing children. Silhouettes, Reportage. We will visit Bushy Park, the Thames at Kingston Bridge & Hampton Court Palace (on a Saturday in June to be confirmed). Students will complete simple assignments in the interval between classes. Starting at the beginning and making sense of the confusing menus and sub-menus on your dslr, but mostly taking pictures. Philip will lead this course.
Course cost is £165 inc . The class will meet at Langdon Park in Teddington between 7 and 8.30pm on alternate Monday evenings beginning on April 23rd (Continuing May7th & 21st June 11th & 25th July 9th )
Click have Canon DSLR cameras available to hire if required by students
